Double and blank gameweeks

Doubles and blanks come from the current fixture list and change when matches are rearranged. Chip windows come from the official game settings. Rule of thumb: Bench Boost and Triple Captain shine in big doubles, Free Hit in big blanks, Wildcard before a run of good fixtures.
